As a small business, credit card transaction and processing fees can have a negative impact on our growth and price stability.  Because of this, we strongly encourage our customers to pay for services rendered in cash. All credit card purchases will incur a 2.75% processing fee.

Parking is available along 11th street and there is a free community parking lot one block away from the barbershop. You may park on Lydia anytime until 6pm. To ensure that we deliver the best possible service to our clients, we have allocated the necessary time to complete each service. Arriving on time for your scheduled service(s) insures the proper time necessary for us to comfortably complete your services. We regretfully cannot satisfactorily complete any service if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late and reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

As a place for Gentlemen, every effort will be made on our part to treat you as such. In return, our expectation is that you will make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible. Two hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations. For any cancellation less than two hours, the client will be charged for 50% of the missed service. No call/ no shows will be charged full price for missed service. We reserve the right to refuse future services to any clients for failure to show up for an appointment without the courtesy of an advanced cancellation or notification.
